Know someone who deserves recognition? Nominate them for the Council’s Community Awards! The Inner West Council's Community Awards Program celebrates outstanding individuals making a real difference in our community. Categories include:

Pauline McLeod Awards for Reconciliation
Citizen of the Year Awards
Amy Large Volunteer of the Year Awards.

The annual Community Awards celebrate Inner West community members who live, study, work, and volunteer across the local government area. The awards recognise and celebrate locals making outstanding contributions to the community making a difference in the Inner West. The Awards are a chance to nominate these individuals and groups and have their contributions recognised. As part NSW Volunteer Week, a ceremony will be held in May to celebrated both nominees and award recipients.
